Wetpour Repair Kits for Safety Surfaces

Soft Surfaces would like to introduce their new easy to use wetpour safety surfacing repair kits. Each wetpour repair kit contains all the materials required to repair small damaged areas of wetpour safety surfacing. Soft Surfaces also offer wetpour De-Icer for those cold and icy days.

The wetpour repair kits have been prepared to mix the correct ratio of colour EPDM rubber crumb granules with polyurethane resin together, to complete a wetpour repair an area of up to 0.5m² at a depth of 15mm of wetpour wearing course. Each wetpour repair kit contains EPDM rubber granules available in various colours, please see our Colour EPDM chart within our product information tab on this page.

To complete any safety surfacing repair you must first purchase a low cost Soft Surfaces wetpour repair kit.  The  wetpour repair kit contains the following  contents: EPDM rubber crumb , (SSPT) polyurethane Resin and polyurethane primer (SSPrimer) the latter comes with brush applicator. Also included is a pair of latex gloves which should be worn to protect hands. The container the wetpour repair kit is supplied in, also acts as a useful mixing container. Full installation instruction is on each mixing bucket. Soft Surfaces also supply wetpour De-Icer.

The only additional items requires to complete the repair is a Stanley knife or similar, a float or screed (eg plastering trowel), a mixing stick and some soapy water.

Wetpour Maintenance

Soft Surfaces have maintenance teams throughout the UK that carry out wetpour repairs, resurface or clean your existing playground wetpour surface so please contact the office should you require any maintenance packages or the supply of wetpour repair kits or wetpour De-Icer.
