Resin Bound Rubber Mulch

Soft Surfaces offer a premium version of this resin bound rubber mulch which is superior in its construction to many ‘cheaper versions’. Trust the most experienced and knowledgeable team in the industry to supply & fit your impact absorbing resin bound rubber mulch safety surface. The resin bound rubber mulch is ideal for areas requiring a more natural look whilst providing a safety surface or to create a different texture. The Rubber mulch is made from recycled rubber which is shredded and then coloured using our special process. The bonded shred is self supporting and does not require a foundation layer and is therefore ideal for the less accessible locations. We can also supply loose colour rubber mulch for use as loose fill or for landscape applications, which can also be used as an impact absorbing safety surface.

Rubber Grass Mats - SoftMats

Soft Surfaces ‘Softmats’ are a honeycomb rubber mat, made from recycled rubber. Grass mats are normally 22mm thick and designed to be laid over existing grass, allowing the grass to grow through to conceal the grass mat itself. The can be used as an impact absorbing safety surface and we would always recommend the additional installation of a Ground Stabilising Mesh (GSM) below the grass mat itself.

Safety Tiles

Soft Surfaces Safety Tiles are prefabricated porous SBR rubber shred which are pressure moulded, 1m x 1m in size and available in various thickness to suit CFH of play equipment. Rubber Safety Tiles can be used as an impact absorbing safety surface and can be supplied with external ramped edges. Made using SBR rubber and can be supplied in Black, Red or Green. EPDM wearing course finishes are available at additional cost. Safety Tiles require a solid flat sub base and installation is completed using tile adhesive.

Play Bark & Play Sand

Soft Surfaces offer a range of Play Bark, Play grade woodchip and play sand for use as your impact absorbing safety surface on your playground or for use in digging areas or sandpits.
