40mm thick wetpour insitu synthetic surfacing
40mm thick wetpour insitu synthetic surfacing is made up of two types of rubber crumb materials which is epdm granules on the wearing course and SBR rubber granules on the base course. The 40mm wetpour surface system is installed as a minimum depth of mot stone because it needs to have the base layer to take out any undulations and give the bouncy tarmac and spongy feel underfoot.
40mm thick insitu synthetic surfacing is obviously laid insitu on site and can be installed to any size or shape. The costs depend on access and the size of the project. If we receive the measurements, specification and design we can quote and price this for you so that you can apply for grants and budgets to carry out the works.
The 40mm depth safety surface meets a CFH of 1.35m onto mot stone which is basically a HIC test for where the children can fall off the play equipment without major injuries. The CFH increases in height the deeper the depth installed and should any play equipment be installed we will need to know the platform height and CFH of this playground equipment.
