Long jump runways or track is made out of recycled rubber EPDM polymeric surfacing and this can also be known as Tartan surface. The long jump can also have a white timber hardwood take off board and this is installed flat into the ground, flush with the other surfacing. The length of this board is 1.22m x 200mm x 100mm.
