- Walkways, Pathways, Footpaths
- Homes for the elderly
- Swimming Pool Surrounds
- Roof Terraces
The process of installing a Resin Bound Gravel surfaces proceeds by mixing a natural stone aggregate with a highly powerful resin such as polyurethane that is then laid onto an existing surface to around a depth of 16mm (varies dependent on the sub base). Perfect pre prepared bases for the Resin Bound Stone would be asphalt or concrete as these are seamless and porous making the SUDS compatible. This means that water is able to filter through the system before draining into the natural ground and drains; this is alternate to the water flowing straight into the drains causing them to over flow. Once laid the solution of resin and natural stone aggregates is screeded by hand to give you a level, permeable and aesthetically pleasing surface.
