School Play Area Surface Design
Our team carried out this project to install an educational playground surface at a school in Brighton, East Sussex. The design included a roadway with artificial grass in the middle, and a yellow area with colourful animal graphics.

Hi guys it’s Dan here, and today we’re going to be showing you an Educational Playground Surface Installation in Brighton.
With this actual installation we carried out the work at a small nursery, and they were looking to turn their outdoor area into an education playground for the children to be using at breaktime and lunchtime.
We gave them an overview of the wetpour surfacing we can fit, and once they knew the benefits we were booked in right away to complete the job for them.
So with wetpour, this surfacing is soft and spongy because it consists of an EPDM rubber. This spongy nature means that it’s one of the safest surfaces available, and therefore ideal for playgrounds and nurseries here in the United Kingdom.
Another reason why wetpour flooring is a surface type so popular here in the UK is because this system is also porous, meaning rain is absorbs by the rubber. This makes it an ideal outdoor playground surface for countries like ours that experience plenty of rainfall throughout the year.
Finally, with wetpour flooring, clients are able to have this flooring fitted in any colour choice they want, from one solid colours to a combination of vibrant finishes. Additionally, you can have this installed with custom graphics on the surface too, from shapes to educational games and more!
