00:00 Hi, guys. It’s Dan here, and today we’re going to be running through the many wet pour design options that you have available to you. Wet pour surfacing can actually be installed in many different varieties, many different colors, and shapes, and specifications to suit your needs.
00:14 These include educational games, such as numbers and letter-based games, as well as many animals, shapes, and much more. The great thing with wet pour surfacing is it can also be designed in many different colors, from deep blacks to bright yellows.
00:26 For any more information about wet pour surfacing or what the surface actually is, just make sure to check out our wet pour surfacing video. Wet Pour Layout
As Wetpour is a versatile product is allows us to lay the surface in different shapes, colours and patterns. There are technical aspects when installing to consider like the curing time of the product. The binder we use takes 24-48 hours to set, this can mean we aren’t able to lay more than one colour at a time. if they are in contact with one another they can mix. We have to wait 24 hours to cut back the preferred line and lay the next colour.
Curing time can be a problem when doing multiple colours, extreme weather conditions or even certain size areas can be a challenge. For this reason, we have a wide range of Graphics and Designs we can simple fit into the surface.
The Graphics are already assembled and cured so using the polyurethane resin. Our expert installers paste on the binder and place down the Graphic and then apply the wearing course up to the edge, so it embeds the Graphic into its surface. We also have other options like mixing colours with the black EPDM rubber to give a brightness to the area but at a reduced cost to just having a single colour. This is due to the black rubber being 100% recycled material and the colours are manufactured to give a high and consistent quality of appearance.
