Wetpour and Synthetic Grass for a Nursery

We have recently installed wetpour surfacing and artificial grass for a nursery play area in Harlow, Essex. This job consisted of black wetpour being installed as a safety surface for the playground, as well as an area of synthetic turf.

Hi guys it’s Dan here, and today we’re going to be showing you a Black Wetpour & Artificial Turf Construction at a Nursery in Essex.

So for this job the client wanted to have both a safety surface fitted for their play area, but also wanted artificial grass fitted to maintain a natural look without the upkeep of natural grass.

We broke down the surfacing options that we could install for them, as well as the costs, and soon after we were cracking on with the works.

So it was mutually agreed with the nursery that for their playground flooring, wetpour surfacing would be their best option. This surface consists of an EPDM rubber, and as a result makes it one of the best safety surfaces available in the UK.

So for this job we were contacted by this hospital who had an outdoor terrace area that they were looking to have a new surface installed on.

They made it clear to us that they were looking for a surface type well suited to our unpredictable weather conditions, whilst wanting the ensure the new flooring looked appropriate for the hospital.

So this specific job was installed at an outdoor play area, and the owners contacted us specifying that they were in need of a safety surface for their large playground.

So this job we were contacted by the owner of this sports facility that wanted to replace their old hard court flooring with something safer and brighter.

We explained the benefits of our wetpour surfacing, as well as the various colour and design options they had for the flooring, and we were booked in soon after to install the job.

So for this job the client got in contact with us to have a new pathway fitted at their facility. For them, the safety of the surface was the priority, but they also wanted their new pathway to look natural in order to preserve the area’s appearance.

We then explained our wetpour flooring to them, and how that could be the perfect surface type for the pathway they desired. Before long, we were at their retirement home installing the job.

So our client for this work was a nursery owner, who sent over photos of their damaged wetpour surface in need of repairs. We broke down the services we could offer them, and were quickly at the Nursery to carry out the necessary work.

Rubber wetpour surfacing is arguably the best flooring choice available for play areas in the UK, however if not properly maintained, this surfacing like any other can begin to wear and tear overtime.
